REBROADCAST: Evidentiary Rulings on Admissibility of Expert Evidence

Program Rebroadast:
This program will offer a comprehensive review of several published decisions that define and provide further clarity on the topic of admissibility relating to expert evidence at trial. We will discuss the key principles of admissibility, and why portions of reports, or reports in their entirety are deemed inadmissible. This review will include arguments raised by both counsel in persuading the court that reports are either unnecessary or that they offend the common law principles for admission of expert evidence to the Court.
